This was the first symposium of the two symposia W.S.V. Simon Stevin has to offer to you in 2020. The theme of this symposium was “Maritime Ahead” and had as a goal to cover the main challenges in the maritime sector with a major focus on “Power & Flow”. This symposium was also in great collaboration with the research group with the same name.
The companies/foundations present were MARIN, the Ministry of Defense, Yanmar and … groep. As can be seen many different companies were present leading to a large diversity and everyone interested in this field had the opportunity to talk to interesting companies. Besides these companies also Team SOLID was present to give a presentation on their work related to the maritime sector.
